If a product arrives damaged in transit and the claim is verified, Amino Hood will provide a one-time replacement at no additional cost. Photo evidence is required, and all claims are subject to review.

One replacement may be provided per customer per order for an approved claim.

Claim submitted: Send your order number and required photos within 14 days of delivery.

Review: Complete claims are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days.

Replacement: Approved replacements are typically prepared for shipment within 24 hours of approval.

Replacement timing may be affected by inventory availability, weekends, holidays, carrier schedules, or additional verification requirements.

Because of the nature of research materials and product-integrity requirements, Amino Hood does not offer general returns or refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or products that have been opened, used, altered, or reconstituted.

Do not send products back without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to the carrier.

All Amino Hood products are sold strictly for lawful research and laboratory use. Amino Hood is not responsible for misuse, improper storage, improper handling, reconstitution, administration, consumption, or use inconsistent with the product’s intended research purpose.

Excessive, duplicate, or suspicious claims may result in additional review and denial of future replacement requests where permitted by law.
